INCOMING INSPECTION & PRELIMINARY VACUUM INVESTIGATION
Incoming Vacuum Reading
Break Vacuum, on VJ Lines
Break Vacuum on main vessel
Replace o-ring on lift plate
VJ Vacuum Reading
Rebuild pump outs with new o-rings
Rebuild Evacuation valves - new soft parts
Prelim mass-spec - main vessel and VJ  lines, repair as needed
STANDARD REHAB PROCESS

Remove all panels and doors

Remove all tubing

Remove gauge panels

Rebuild Liquid Level gauges (2)

Diverter valve - Safeties - Burst Discs remove

Re-certify Safeties (3)

Install new drip pans, as required

4" x 4" Structural beams replaced with 1/2" wall thickness (4)

6" x 6" TI Beams, ISO Blocks, 6" x 6" Angles inspected & replaced as needed

Tubing to front gauge removed, and all clamps replaced

Remove gauge panel mounts, install hinge style panel

Fabricate new aluminum panels and doors, provide & install all new hardware

Remove data plates for blast and paint

Blast vessel to industrial finish

VJ and Nitrogen piping sand blasted

Paint - Prime, Base Coat, and Clear Coat

Rebuild Diverter valve with new soft parts

Rebuild all pressure Regulators

Provide new style hinged panel piped with new SS 1/4" flex hoses

Replace pressure gauges as needed, rebuild liquid level gauges and install new tubing, inspect gauge valves and replace as needed

Clean purge panel, inspect valves and replace as need

Move horizontal lift plates to vertical

Rebuild all process piping valves with new soft parts

Re-install nitrogen piping, new burst disc and re-certify safeties

Remove nitrogen float can, clean and mass spec. repair as needed. Install new safeties

Reinstall diverter valve, safeties, new burst discs, vent stack

Mass spec repairs

Pump time as needed, main vessel and VJ to <10 microns

Warm retention test 72 hour retention not to exceed 25 microns

Vacuum logs for main tank and VJ lines

Install brass no spark 3" flapper on stack

Clean and install purge tubing, all new u-bolts and clamps

Paint valve handles

Provide & install new valve ID tags

Install new panels and doors after paint

New document holders

Install decals (customer supplied)

Reinstall data plates

CSC Inspection

Pressure Tes

ISO Dimension check per ISO standard 668

2 ½ UN PORTABLE TANK INSPECTION and/or CSC INSPECTION
Visual inspection per CRM-DIS-002 Visual
Safety re-certification
Pressure Test Per CRM-DIS-002 Pressure
CSC Third Party Inspection
Install Decals
