Ambient Vaporizers
Ambient Vaporizers vaporize liquified gas by using heat absorbed from the ambient air. ACME Cryogenics offers a variety of ambient air vaporizers for a number of applications. These ambient air vaporizers are sized to match your flow requirement to avoid low-temperature gas entering the product pipeline. All ambient air vaporizers utilize Acme’s innovative technology and reliable construction, and are also available in custom solutions.

Forced Draft
Acme’s Forced Draft Ambient Vaporizer offers rugged construction coupled with a number of standard features including greater capacity in less space, fast defrost times, pressures to 15,000 PSIG, flow ratings to 200,000 SCFH, and superior air flow characteristic for improved performance.
Automatic Cycling System
Acme’s Automatic Cycling System features include copper piping, inlet strainer, Mueller flange connections, 0 – 100 hour cycle time, 120 VAC operation, and 500 PSIG working pressure.
Ambient Pressure Build
Acme’s Ambient Pressure Build Vaporizer offers many practical advantages, including inexpensive initial cost, easy installation, no required maintenance, no pressure drop, and no required additional heating energy.
Extra Gap Vaporizer
Acme’s Extra Gap Ambient Vaporizer features a number of design advantages, including improved resistance to ice bridging, longer service ratings, design pressure to 10,000 PSIG, as well as capacities up to 51,408 SCFH in a single module.
Standard Gap Vaporizer
Acme’s Standard Gap Ambient Vaporizer includes desirable features: aluminum or stainless steel fluid passages; design pressure to 10,000 PSIG; capacities to 50,000 SCFH in single assemblies; manifold designs to suit pressure drop specifications; removable legs; MPT in/out connections.
